Free solutions for healthier 2022

1-Try not drinking alcohol for a week instead of buying a detox program to “clean yourself out.

 

2-Cut out sugar and refined grains for 2 weeks.  Feel the difference.  Don’t concentrate on a totally restrictive diet but just cut out those 2 things.

 

3-Instead of temporary fasting do a “fast food fast” for 48hrs once a week.  Remember that Starbucks IS fast food.  😊

 

4-Add fresh fruits and vegetable to your day – more veggies and less fruit. Cut down on processed foods.

 

5-Practice discipline to train your body 3-4 times a week for an hour.  That is 4 hrs a week – there are 168 hours in a week.  Use 4 of them just for body training.  Keep practicing till you get it right.  Then it’s a LIFESTYLE not a chore.

 

6-Get enough sleep!!!! Don’t spend money on supplements for more energy until you discipline yourself to get enough rest.

 

7-If you don’t want to spend money on a gym there are several body weight exercises you can do at home.  Hip thrusts, planks, lunges, squats and push ups are just a few. Add them to your 4hrs a week of training.

 

8-Substitute healthier snacks for the chips and sodas you usually snack on. Try cucumbers or celery sticks.  String cheese or hard boiled eggs.  Cold veggies ready to eat.

 

9-Concentrate on eating better and moving more!!!! It will give you the same results and many of the fad diets or weight loss regimes out there.  START HERE – EAT BETTER, MOVE MORE!!!

 

10- BE CONSISTENT!!!!
